To our
CHANGE MAKERS
WE SEE YOU!
We understand your struggles
because we've lived them.

COMPLEXITY DILEMMA
Overwhelmed by data, policy, and complex problems like climate change? Without clear, localized analysis, even good intentions lead to wasted effort.
THE ISOLATION OF LEADERSHIP
Leading change can be lonely. You need a trusted space to think, and a community of like-minded leaders who can turn grassroots wisdom into bolder strategies.
THE FUNDING GAP
You have the vision, but putting together the right plans and proposals to attract long-term funders feels like a full-time job on top of everything else.
THE BURNOUT CRISIS
Leaders and teams often risk burning out. And when a valuable team member leaves, their knowledge walks out with them. You deserve an integrated support system, so you stop starting over.

That's why we built something we wish we'd had
WE GOT YOU!

Your Second Team. Your Second Space.
We are the team behind your team — from strategy and planning to on-the-ground implementation. And when you need to step back, think clearly, and recharge, we have a place for that too.

Coastline as Classroom:
Beach Forest Protection
Through Project-Based
Learning

University of Pennsylvania x Eco-Hub: A Program That Turned 235 Students into Coastal Researchers and Climate Advocates. THE CHALLENGE Beach forests are among the Philippines' most critical yet neglected natural defenses against climate risks. In coastal communities like Silago, awareness remains low — and young people often lack structured, actionable ways to engage with the crisis happening right on their shores. THE SOLUTION Using the Project-Based Learning framework developed with UPenn-GSE, Eco-Hub designed and implemented "The Coastline as Classroom" — a comprehensive PBL program at Mercedes National High School in Silago, Southern Leyte. — 11 teachers across 8 academic subjects guided 235 students over one school quarter (November 2025 – March 2026) — 235 high school students conducted field assessments, produced multimedia documentaries, created community art installations, and launched public awareness campaigns on beach forest protection THE IMPACT Student research and outputs were formally received by the Silago MLGU to inform local coastal management. The program's methodology was validated by leading beach forest scientist Dr. Jurgenne Primavera. A plan is underway to scale the program to two additional high schools in Silago
CLUP Technical Assistance
for Saint Bernard

From spatial vision to policy-ready land use plan: CLUP technical assistance for the Municipality of Saint Bernard. THE CHALLENGE Municipalities are required to maintain an updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) to guide development and resource protection. But LGUs often lack the in-house capacity to translate complex spatial data, local ordinances, and multi-sectoral consultations into a cohesive document that meets strict national regulatory standards. THE SOLUTION Eco-Hub served as lead technical consultant for the Municipal Local Government of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte — managing the end-to-end development, synthesis, and layout of the official plan. Consolidated complex inputs from diverse local sectors into a unified, high-quality document aligned with national planning frameworks Conducted rigorous technical editing, proofreading, and professional document layout to ensure full statutory compliance THE IMPACT The completed CLUP was officially approved by the Sangguniang Bayan and successfully submitted to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Achieving compliance has cleared the way for Saint Bernard to access national development funds, capacity-building grants, and strategic partnerships previously out of reach
Rooted & Rising:
Nature. Mental Health.
Movement.

Rooted & Rising: Designing a Free, One-Day Wellness Space for Women Leaders and Changemakers. THE CHALLENGE Women at the forefront of community leadership, education, and household management face high rates of burnout. Despite carrying heavy civic and familial responsibilities, grassroots women leaders rarely have access to structured, cost-free spaces designed for mental health, self-care, and peer support. THE SOLUTION Eco-Hub co-created and hosted "Rooted & Rising" — an inclusive, free, one-day wellness gathering designed specifically for women of all generations, held at Eco-Hub on Sabang Beach, Silago, Southern Leyte. — Curated a holistic program integrating somatic mindfulness (yoga and guided meditation), mental health sessions, conscious living discussions, and physical empowerment through self-defense and surf therapy — Facilitated personal storytelling circles and creative workshops to foster peer-to-peer connection and emotional expression THE IMPACT — The event was attended by 33 participants — The immediate success generated formal requests from academic leaders to replicate this wellness framework for public school teachers and community workers
Fair Futures
Accelerator Program

Eco-Hub Completes the Fair Futures Accelerator Program — and Emerges as an Investment-Ready Social Enterprise. THE CHALLENGE Scaling a young environmental initiative into a self-sustaining social enterprise requires more than passion. To expand climate solutions beyond Southern Leyte, Eco-Hub needed to bridge the gap between grassroots operations and the rigorous financial modeling, gender-inclusive policies, and compliance structures required by impact investors and corporate partners. THE SOLUTION Eco-Hub was selected into the Fair Futures Accelerator — an intensive enterprise incubation program hosted by Villgro Philippines. — Participated in expert diagnostic panels, masterclasses, and one-on-one executive business mentorship — Overhauled internal financial compliance, refined our enterprise value proposition, and embedded gender-smart and climate-resilient strategies into our core business model THE IMPACT — Transitioned from a localized resource hub into a structured, investment-ready enterprise with a verified, scalable roadmap — Equipped with a robust financial framework and formal business structure, Eco-Hub now offers LGUs, corporate CSR funds, and global NGOs a highly compliant, low-risk execution partner for long-term climate and community development projects
